He has an extensive background in providing data management solutions to research and coordination teams with a deep knowledge of research outputs and projects.
He has extensive experience in data quality/integrity solutions. He also has extensive experience in data collection and tools used for gathering any method of research. He is also very efficient in managing large data collection/field agents in data collection on any platform.
He has managed the CATI (call centre – 100 staff) department within IPSOS Markinor to successfully service clients like Standard Bank (Customer Evaluation Branch Survey – CEBS), ABSA (Customer Satisfaction Surveys), Telkom (Residential and Business) Satisfaction Surveys. These surveys consisted of robust samples more than 10 000 surveys monthly.
He has also added Project Management to his portfolio of services which now further equips him to better manage projects in line with budgets and timing.
She has over 25 peer-reviewed publications in addition to over 30 national and international conference presentations. She is reviewer for a number of accredited journals and is part of the editorial board of the international journal The Qualitative Report. She has special interests in qualitative and mixed methods research.
